Qseal

Qseal foam is a very fine-cell polyurethane foam. The calibrated porosity of this foam makes it particularly suitable for sealing. Its extremely light density allows weight savings compared to traditional solutions. It is a great alternative to semi-open cell EPDM foams. Our laboratories carry out leak tests under the conditions desired by our customers and adapt the thickness and shape to each particular case. This foam has the advantage of being transformable using standard means: blade cutting, cookie cutter. This allows us to offer you truly economical solutions. You will find this type of application in water box seals or in the engine compartment. Being polyurethane-based, it is suitable for high temperatures, particularly in automobiles with a temperature resistance > 100 ° C. In order to facilitate its use, we have specific validations with car manufacturers.
