Very popular today, fibers have excellent sound absorption capacity. We offer a complete range guaranteeing an absorption level adapted to your specifications. By choosing the formulation of the polyester or polypropylene fibers, we adapt the resistance to the environment, climate and humidity. There are different fiber + non-woven complexes to increase sound absorption levels with a very low thickness. These products can be delivered adhesive, welded and adapted to the dimensions you want. They can be transformed with very simple tools. You will find these products in particular in the automotive industry, both inside the vehicle and in areas subject to bad weather. Also having a range of thermoformable fibers using a mix of hot-melt fibers, we can thus create 3D shapes for absorbents adapted to the environment. In high density, more than 1000g / m2, we can even produce panels of great rigidity used as absorbent products in vehicles. These materials are very resistant to demanding professional environments. Historically, we have produced headliners for agricultural tractors with this technology.
