Felts

Coming from the textile recycling industry, felts have historically been excellent sound absorbers. Therefore, you can find them both in the automotive sector (for example to absorb the noises in the passenger compartment) and the industrial sector. We offer different formulations of fibers by intervening on the density, the thickness, on the sound absorption or on the proportion of hot-melt fibers. These products are transformed by 2D cutting using simple tools as well as by adhesive coating. They are used in particular to soundproof the interior of the vehicle: trunks, cabinetry or at the back of the dashboard. We can package it in the form of kits or simple parts. Our acoustic laboratory is able to validate the various specifications with you. Felts are an ecological and economical solution to reduce environmental noise.
