An internal process
In order to offer nothing but the highest quality products, we developed a unique in-house production process: Tramivex. Thanks to this patented technique, we have been able to modernize our approach and develop a two-step production process to produce the most specific headliner linings.
Today, Tramivex is one of our primary tools, but not the only one. We have been able to include it in our production processes to develop new methods for creating automotive trim. We have integrated it into our production to establish a 2-step process.
Our method
A tailor-made approach
Creation
This process integrates our skills and our accuracy. As a first step, we work on shaping the part. This is to ensure proper fit with door trims, headliners or any other interior elements.
Finishing
Finally, our trim is placed to meet the most exacting expectations and safety requirements. All this with a greater amplitude than normal by re-dubbing the tension exerted on the fabric.
