More important now than ever, recycling has been present at Howa Tramico for 50 years. Our production of agglomerated foam reuses all our polyurethane foam offcuts and avoids production wastes. Although being a recycled product, this foam has extremely interesting characteristics in terms of wedging and/or shock absorption. One of the applications is in judo mats. In addition, its chemical base gives it a temperature resistance> 100 ° C. Our laboratory adapts the lift and density in order to find the best compromise between flexibility, support and energy absorption. Although agglomerated, this foam remains porous and therefore retains its acoustic properties. Located in Brionne, our production center supplies all our European sites to transform this foam into various applications. We therefore control the entire production chain, from formulation to final processing. In particular, we use adhesive tape or specific cutting to customize the product according to the design requested by our customers. You will find the application of these foams in automobile wedging, sound insulation (especially in boating), generators and in energy absorption for anti-shock applications.
